Brian began his career in 1990, when hired as a Bakery Manager for San Luis Sourdough.  After experiencing rapid growth with them, Brian decided to branch out on his own.  He opened shop in Atascadero in March 2007.  What started out as a sole venture, Brian's Artisan Bread now employees 13 people.  They supply bread from Paso Robles to Orcutt, with a mix of grocery stores and restaurants.  So not only can you pick up a fresh loaf at your local Spencer's Fresh Market, but you can also be served Brian's Bread at Giovanni's in Morro Bay, Cracked Crab in Pismo Beach, High St. Deli in San Luis Obispo, and Addamo Vineyards in Orcutt (among many others).
